Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

H.Pylori doesn't cause tinnitus but causes peptic ulcer disease.
So, H.Pylori has to be treated immediately with triple therapy, (amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and a proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole). Also, get checked up if H.Pylori has been eradicated or not with urea breath test and the biopsy from endoscopy.

Pulsatile tinnitus could be from pregnancy, anemia, overactive thyroid, or tumors involving blood vessels near the ear. Sometimes increase in the pressure of the fluid surrounding the brain could cause Pulsatile tinnitus.

You have to get evaluated with
a. complete blood picture
b. Thyroid function test
c. CT head

Treatment depends on the cause and removal/treatment of the cause.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.

I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
